1. General Policy

All payments made to The Reproductive Medicine Journal are final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below. By making a payment, authors agree to this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The manuscript has entered editorial or peer review
  • The manuscript is rejected after review
  • The author withdraws the manuscript after processing has begun
  • The article has been accepted or published
  • The author fails to comply with submission or formatting requirements
  • Delays in editorial decisions or peer review timelines
  • Change of mind after submission or payment

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same submission
  • Payment made in error
  • Withdrawal request submitted before any editorial processing has started
  • The Journal is unable to process the submission due to internal reasons

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days after approval
  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted
